The Government's communication campaign on the referendum on the pension reform is indeed a matter to be decided on by the relevant authorities, but these must also assume full responsibility for such decisions.

In the HRO's view, individual communications in this campaign contain elements of prejudice against and inappropriate attitudes towards women.

The HRO expects the contracting authority to take a position on this element of the campaign and define its view on the same in terms of equal treatment of men and women.
