In accordance with the Act on the Protection of Applicants and the Instructions for establishing an internal way for reporting to the Ombudsman of the Republic of Slovenia, an internal report can be made in the following ways:

• by e-mail to the address zaupnik(at)varuh-rs.si;
• by phone at phone number 070 916 415;
• by regular mail to the address of the Ombudsman of the Republic of Slovenia, Dunajska cesta 56, 1000 Ljubljana, with the note "in the hands of the trustee for internal reporting";
• in person at a trustee after prior agreement by phone or e-mail.
