Expert service

Employees of the Human Rights Ombudsman’s Expert Service perform expert tasks according to individual fields of work under the jurisdiction of the Ombudsman, and they classify and handle complaints received by the institution of the Ombudsman. They prepare opinions, proposals, and recommendations, execute investigative acts, prepare reports of the Ombudsman about the findings connected to complaints, and present complainants with information relating to their complaints. The Ombudsman’s Expert Service also performs administrative and technical, informative, and other tasks connected to complaints received.
